q: i don't have an atm card, ibank account or paypal. can i still make a purchase?
a: as meet-ups are very difficult to arrange, do try to get help with making payment.
try asking mom, your brother, sister, or anyone who can help.

if all else fails, a meet-up will be arranged based on availability.

q: how long does it take for my items to reach me?
a: for local orders, it usually takes 1-4 days after payment is received.
please note that weekends should not be taken into account.

for overseas orders, please allow up to 1-3 weeks.

q: i have not received my items, what should be done?
a: to date, no packages have been lost.
{a couple did, but were eventually delivered within a month}

if in doubt, please opt for registered mail which is an additional $3 charge.
we will not bear responsibility or offer refunds for any standard mail reported unreceived.

q: my earstuds came off the post.. can they be fixed?
a: while we try our best to use the best adhesives, even store-bought studs come off...
if your studs were purchased less than a month before they came off,
send them back and we'll fix them up for you, FREE.
